"B-members" joined with The Trailerlaug after passing the admission test under section 8.

"C-members" joined with The Trailerlaug with an allowed exemption, but after passing the the admission test under section 8.

A- and B-members may be appointed as Honorary Members. Where there are proposals for appointment, this can happen at the next Annual General Meeting. Nomination of Honorary Members may be made only if at least 2 / 3 of the voting members at The General Meeting votes for the proposal.

B-members, C-members and Honorary Members have no worse terms than A-members of The Trailerlaug and they pay the same dues as A members.

A-members:
Boet efter Georg Jakobsen, Grønbotoften – 20 % part

Preben Jakobsen, Frugthaven – 20 % part

The trailer depreciates over 8 years, after which the scrap value must bee zero DKK.

If a member wants to sell his part, in fact this can only happen if the other members in The Trailerlaug unanimously approve the sale.

Section 8 - persons who wants to join The Trailerlaug as member at times when there are no parts for sale, may be at an Annual General Meeting to request for admission.

If 2 / 3 of the voting members of The Annual General Meeting accept the request, the future members can join as 'prospect' in The Trailerlaug.

A 'prospect' can use the trailer and are financially liable in the same way as A, B and Honorary Members, but have no rights to vote at The General Meeting.

At the end of the trial period holds the 'prospect', as the final admission test, a grill party for the members of the Trailerlaug at own terrace with ample supplies of food and drink. At the following Annual General Meeting, it is discussed if the admission test is passed, or whether the 'prospect period' should be extended by another year.

Passed admission test leads right to be a B-member of The Trailerlaug.

§ 4

Insurance:

The trailer is insured "ab-hook" and is therefore not insurable. Therefore own damages - own wallet.

§ 5

Storage:

The trailer is stored in the garage (the middle one) at Ove Juul, Bredballe Byvej.
Usually there is free access to the trailer. If someone wants to run the trailer outside normal 'uptime', is it possible to make a special deal, so the trailer is placed outside the day before.

The gate to the garage can be locked to prevent theft of the uninsured trailer. At family Juul's departure, the key to the garage gate is transferred to the member with the lowest membership number, which should be written on the blackboard in the garage. The member who has been assigned the key is required to hand it over to a member wishing to use the trailer. If the member with the lowest membership number also wants to departure, he must transfer the key to the member with the next membership number, etc.

§ 6

Lending to non members:

The trailer can be lendid to non members for the charge of minimum 1 box of beer (30 pcs.) or 0.5 fl. of Old Danish per. lending.

The member who manages the lending must ensure that the borrower intends to return the trailer in the same condition, as he received it, and that he is solvent. In doubtful cases, ther must be required deposit and advance payment of hire.

By such a lending - remember that the members havepriority to use of the trailer. However, there is nothing to prevent for a lendingreservation made in good time - from the fact that it is worse to have a lack of beer and Old Danish than the trailer.

§ 7

Booking:

The trailer can be booked after 3 parallel and independent systems:

Week Day, Weekend and Holiday Reservations:

Week day: The trailer can be booked for whole days or a few hours without a reservation. For the sake of other users, it is important that the reservation does not extend over a longer period than is necessary.

Reservations are documented on the blackboard in the garage.

Weekend: The trailer can be booked up to a whole weekend. Again, the reservation is recorded on the board in the garage.

Holidays: Members who wish to use the trailer for a longer period for the holidays, writes on the blackboard and mark the holiday booking. A holiday booking precedes other reservations. In the event that more want to borrow the trailer at the same time, they have to talk to reach a solution, possibly by drawing lots. The loan may take up to 21 days but can be negotiated extended with the other members.
Each member is required to determine whether the trailer is not reserved by a second, before he removes it. Breach of this rule, the presumptuous imposed a penalty of minimum 1 box of beer (30 pcs.) or 1 fl. Old Danish. The General Assembly can, if they want it, sentence a greater penalty.

§ 8

Use of the trailer:

After use, the trailer must be returned in clean and controlled condition. Destroyed triangles reflectors, lenses and own damage has to be payed by the user himself, if he feels guilty of the damage. Otherwise, he must bring proper receipts to the next Annual General Meeting, where possible reimbursement of costs can be approved.

Ordinary repairs due to normal wear and tear are financed by the members in community.
The expenses must be approved at the Annual General Meeting.

§ 9

Maintenance:

Members may be convened to (un)necessary maintenance - "up shining" of the trailer. At these meetings, which preferably should be held on Saturday evenings in the summerperiod, there may only exceptionally be consumed more alcohol than a good morning sleep can burn of.
